All of Watersolve's reverse osmosis systems are available with advanced electronic control packages (the EC Series) which provide complete system automation, assuring continuous system operation at optimal performance without full-time supervision. The EC Series includes a programmable logic controller (PLC), electronic sensors to monitor all vital functions of the system including flow, pressure, tank levels, water quality, filter condition, membrane condition, and electrical supply. The control system automatically responds to changes in these variables, initiating the proper response to virtually any operating condition. A centrally-located operator interface is provided to display all operating conditions and to simplify system control. Systems can be factory equipped with a modem for remote control and monitoring, allowing the system to be operated or monitored from virtually any location served by telephone line.
Standard features of Watersolve’s high capacity, EC Series, RO systems (HCRO-EC) include an automatic permeate flush system, an integral membrane cleaning system with pre-programmed, fully-optimized cleaning cycles, an antiscalant injection system, a five micron filter system, and fully automated system control with remote control/monitoring capability. System components include spiral wound, thin film composite membranes, FRP membrane housings, stainless steel vertical multistage centrifugal pump with variable frequency drive (VFD), electronic flow, pressure and temperature monitors, industrial programmable logic controller (PLC), central operator interface with display screen, communications modem, automatic flow control valves, stainless steel high pressure piping with victaulic couplings, stainless steel high pressure valves, schedule 80 PVC low pressure piping and valves, and NEMA 4 and/or 12 electrical enclosures. RO system frames are constructed of corrosion-proof structural fiberglass material with stainless steel fasteners, providing the ultimate in long-term, corrosion-free service.

HCR0-8120-EC
The system pictured is a fully automatic, electronically controlled, single pass reverse osmosis processor. The unit produces approximately 350 gallons per minute at a flux of less than 15 GFD. The fully automatic, reverse osmosis processor features five micron pre-filters, chemical injection system, antiscalant injection, automatic permeate flush and integral membrane cleaning system. The electronic control package features an industrial PLC which monitors all vital system functions, including flow, pressure, tank levels, feed, product water quality, filter pressure differential, membrane pressure differential, and electrical supply and automatically controls system on-off operation, permeate flush and membrane cleaning cycles. The multistage RO pumps are provided with variable frequency drives providing pump “soft start” and providing for pre-programmed adjustment of pump speeds for enhanced membrane cleaning and flushing cycles. A central touch-screen operator interface is provided to display all operating conditions and to simplify system control. A modem is provided with the control package allowing remote system control and monitoring.
HCRO-8168 EC
Fully automatic, twin train (one train pictured), 3 stage RO processor featuring touch screen operator interface, automatic permeate flush, and integral membrane cleaning system. The RO processor includes an automatic blending system providing the end-user with two water qualities - a supply of high quality RO permeate for its highest purity requirements and a supply of permeate-raw water blend for less stringent applications.

COMPACT REVERSE OSMOSIS PROCESSORS
Watersolve’s compact, medium capacity RO systems (MCRO Series) provide an extremely high quality, low pressure RO processor in a highly compact footprint. Standard components include 4" x 40" thin film composite membranes (four w/ 44, six w/ 46, eight w/ 48), 4" x 40" stainless steel membrane housings, stainless steel vertical multistage centrifugal pump, four liquid-filled analog pressure gauges (inlet, filter, pump, concentrate), two analog flow meters (permeate and concentrate), two stainless steel needle valves for concentrate and recycle flow control, NEMA 4/12 electrical enclosures, automatic low pressure shut-down with automatic delayed restart, automatic inlet valve, five micron prefilter, and stainless steel high pressure piping. The system is constructed with a corrosion proof structural fiberglass frame and stainless steel fasteners for the ultimate in long-term performance. Options include digital TDS monitor, antiscalant injection system, automatic permeate flush system, integral membrane cleaning system, permeate storage tank with high/low float switches, and repressurization system.

Extremely high quality compact RO processor designed to provide long-term, cost-effective operation. The system frame is constructed of corrosion-proof structural fiberglass material joined with stainless steel fasteners. The standard MCRO system (MCRO-48, shown on the left) footprint is 34" (W) x 44" (D) x 63" (H).
The MCRO unit with options package (MCRO-48+, shown in the center) is a standard MCRO processor with optional antiscalant injection system, automatic permeate flush system, and integral membrane cleaning system. With options, the system footprint is 45” (W) x 44” (D) x 63” (H).
The MCRO unit with optional UV pre-treatment (MCRO-44-UV, shown on the right) is a standard MCRO processor fitted with enhanced cartridge prefiltration (5 micron (nominal) and 1 micron (absolute)) and a UV disinfection unit upstream of the RO system. The UV disinfection unit results in significantly reduced bio-fouling potential of the RO membranes, resulting in reduced membrane cleaning and enhanced long-term RO system performance.
